1. Send Your Sketch / Reference — provide the visual direction, target customer and available technical information. 2. Requirement Review — clarify silhouette, size, construction, quantity, budget context and timing. 3. Fabric & Material Selection — assess fabric, lining, lace, trims, boning, closures and decorative work. 4. Pattern Making — build or adapt the pattern for the intended fit and structure. 5. Sample Development — cut, sew and finish the first physical sample for evaluation.
A sketch does not need to contain every production answer, but the buyer should identify which details are essential to the design. Reference images can communicate mood and construction direction; a tech pack can speed technical review; an existing garment can provide fit or quality context. KAOSTUDIO documents decisions so the project becomes manufacturable rather than remaining only a visual concept.

6. Fitting & Revision — review measurements, balance, support, length, movement and visual details. 7. Pre-production Confirmation — approve the revised sample, materials, colors, grading, labels, packaging, quantity and quality points. 8. Bulk Production — schedule the suitable production partner after written approval. 9. Quality Control — inspect agreed construction and finishing points. 10. Worldwide Shipping — pack and coordinate delivery from Taiwan according to destination and order conditions.
Changes after production begins can affect cost and timing, so the pre-production checkpoint matters. KAOSTUDIO distinguishes creative development from production authorization and does not begin bulk work from an unapproved idea. This disciplined handover supports designers and brands that need their original direction carried consistently into a repeatable order.

Strong manufacturing starts with a clear commercial and technical brief. KAOSTUDIO reviews the intended market, target customer, styling direction, construction details, fabric preferences, size range, estimated quantity and delivery goal before recommending a development route. Buyers can begin with a sketch, reference images, an existing sample or a technical pack. Questions are resolved before pattern and sample work begins, reducing avoidable revisions later.
Each from sketch to production project is managed through defined checkpoints: requirement review, material confirmation, pattern making, sample development, fitting and revision, pre-production approval, production, quality control and shipping coordination. A quotation is based on the actual design and order conditions. This keeps sample requirements, production MOQ, price and timing separate and transparent rather than presenting one fixed promise for every dress.

KAOSTUDIO supports one-piece sample development, small-batch discussion and bulk production. A one-piece sample is a development service and does not automatically mean that every design can enter production at a quantity of one. Production MOQ depends on fabric minimums, lace and trim availability, color, construction, size range, labeling, packaging and the factory best suited to the technique.
Before a buyer commits, the team confirms what is included, which approvals are required and how the finished order can be shipped. This approach is suitable for bridal boutiques testing a new style, designers preparing a capsule collection, established brands expanding a line, and wholesalers that need coordinated manufacturing for several formalwear categories. Worldwide service is managed from Taiwan with destination-specific shipping options reviewed for each order.
